How we work with you
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
Finding the right mortgage on your own can take up a lot of precious time and effort. In the current climate, lenders are imposing stricter criteria than ever before, and it addition it can be hard to work out what deal and from which lender might be right for you – that’s where we come in. We’ve been helping people with their mortgage finance needs since 1989. It’s a testament to our high standards of client care and mortgage market expertise that more than 80% of our business comes to us as referrals from our many satisfied clients.
Our personalised approach to meeting your needs
When you’re looking to take out a mortgage, we think it’s vital that you have someone on hand who can help you every step of the way. If you choose to work with us, we’ll assign a dedicated adviser to work on your case from start to finish. They will be on hand to guide you through the mortgage process, right up to completion.
Clients sometimes come to us with a particular type of mortgage in mind. Our in-depth knowledge and long experience of the marketplace means that we are often able to suggest a different type of product or an alternative way of structuring your lending requirements that could be more suitable to your needs.
Your adviser will start by working with you to assess your needs. They will then put together a mortgage recommendation that matches your circumstances. With you every step of the way, they’ll process your mortgage application on your behalf and be on hand to deal with any queries and keep you up-to-date with progress.
We’ll explain everything clearly
Not only will we explain the mortgage deal we’re recommending to you in great detail, we’ll be clear, transparent and upfront about all the costs and charges associated with putting it in place. (Our remuneration comes from the lenders who pay us a fee for introducing your mortgage to them, so generally speaking, we don’t charge an arrangement fee, but of course we’d let you know in advance if a fee was involved.)
